A Thanksgiving wedding for Dan and Pamela

Thanksgiving brought a wedding as well as a family gathering in 1977. Dan Roling married Pamela Louise Henke at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Don Lammers performing the ten-thirty ceremony. David stood as a groomsman, Ronnie served as an usher, and Timmy Roling was the ring bearer. Paula Henke was the flower girl.

About three hundred guests attended the reception at St. Joseph Catholic School, with friends of the families helping. Dan and Pamela then took a wedding trip to South Dakota. The newspaper described Pamela as a 1977 Salisbury High School graduate working at Merchants and Farmers Bank, and Dan as a 1975 graduate who was farming.
